If the dishwasher is not reaching the right temperature, this can also result in dirty dishes. In this case, the control panel, thermostat and other related parts should all be tested.
My Washer Fails To Spin In A Cycle
In the case of a top loader, there could be a faulty lid switch that causes the washer to fail to spin. There are also a number of working parts involved in the spinning process. These include belts and bearings. If your washer will not spin or drain, there could be a blocked filter or drain at fault.
My Dryer Is Getting Too Hot
If your dryer is getting too hot, this can be a major concern. Make sure that you check your lint trap and exhaust vent for a build-up of debris and dirt. If the warm air has nowhere to go, it will make your appliance run hotter. Other possible causes include a faulty cycling thermostat or heating element. These parts should be tested by a professional and replaced if need be.
Stove Knobs Are Broken
This is a more common occurrence than some may realise. Some stove knobs break more easily than others. Either way, if one of yours is broken, you will need a suitable replacement. This means that you will need to have the make, model and possibly the serial number of the appliance on hand so that a technician can order the correct part.
